In HR, I oversee people management functions, ensuring we comply with employment law and best practice, and encouraging a positive work environment. On the finance side, I handle invoicing, expenses, and help manage company resources effectively. For sustainability, I focus on creating strategies that reduce TBL’s environmental impact, ensuring we meet our social and environmental goals while aligning with business objectives.

Combining the above requires plenty of multi-tasking, together with communication, analytics, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, but it does enable me to see how different aspects of the business connect. That helps ensure decisions benefit customers, employees, and the business whilst aligning with our environmental and social goals.

Prior to TBL, I spent 15 years in hospitality management in Australia, at island resorts and elsewhere, where I developed strong skills in people management, customer service, and operational efficiency.

My role at TBL allows me to contribute to a company that truly values “doing good”, where I can make a positive impact by aligning our people, financial strategies, and sustainability efforts with our mission to create a better future.

Outside of work I am a beekeeper. I have set up a beehive sponsorship initiative for TBL and our customers that helps to support biodiversity!
