Enrica grew up on an island so, unsurprisingly, has a strong connection with the sea and earth’s natural wonder. Passionate about it’s protection, she’s worked with various NGOs to research ecosystem services and damaging behavioural habits, like driving and plastic pollution.
Her studies in environmental science and sustainable development support her belief that organisations have to take responsibility for their impact on the planet. That’s why she helps businesses calculate, manage, and measure their carbon emissions, and start their net-zero transitions.
When she’s not knee-deep in spreadsheets, she’s probably free-diving as deep as she can (in the ocean).
Danielle has over ten years of experience in customer service, and is eager to support our customers in developing effective strategies and making a meaningful impact.
Prior to joining us, she managed complaints at a UK regional water company. During this time, she developed a keen interest in stakeholder management and problem-solving, whilst also finding her passion in addressing climate change, and its risks to societies and ecosystems. This led her to pursue a BSc (Hons) degree in Environmental Science, providing her with the foundation to contribute to the NHS’s transition into a circular economy and waste reduction efforts as a sustainability assistant.
Outside of work, she likes to spend quality time with her friends and family, and loves exploring new destinations.
As former group head of sustainability for one of the world’s largest technology companies, Colin spent years helping business leaders understand the importance of balancing people, planet, and profit. Prior to this, his career spanned a diverse range of roles including marketing, HR, business development, and technology.
Colin is passionate about the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the vital role of businesses to help achieve the goals . He’s a straight-talking Lancastrian who prides himself on his ability to keep things simple and honest – this can get him into trouble!
Chloe started her career in sustainability following a short placement with us in 2021, as our Social Media Manager. Since then, she’s graduated from Lancaster University with a First Class BA (Hons) in English Language, and curated a thriving career in sustainable communications.
Chloe is keen to continue honing her writing skills and helping businesses communicate their actions in new and innovative ways. Her passion for social justice extends into her personal life, as she has been involved with The 93 Percent Foundation’s marketing team for the last four years.
Cameron’s interest in sustainability began during his Masters in Environmental Practice, where he explored how companies embark on their sustainability journeys and plan to deal with the world’s biggest challenges.
With two years of consultancy experience, Cameron joined our team in 2022 and brings his knowledge of carbon emissions, SBTi and CDP. On the daily, he enjoys living a busy London life and plays (almost) all sports in his spare time.
Adam enjoys building meaningful and longstanding relationships with customers, and has a keen interest in strategy development and sustainability reporting. Most of all, he enjoys the sense of purpose in his role and supporting businesses to achieve their goals.
Before joining us, Adam was the Sustainability Manager of a FTSE 250 company. He was responsible for developing their strategy, calculating their carbon footprint, and communicating progress against their targets.
On a weekend, you’ll likely find him watching rugby, playing rugby, or talking about rugby. He loves his active and social lifestyle, as well as a good cup of coffee.
Sarah is a graduate of MA Political Ecology, where she spent four years studying the social, economic, and political implications of environmental issues. Plus, with three years of researching business sustainability with Support the Goals, she’s passionate about ESG reporting and SDG support, and loves nothing more than advising customers how they can do good for a better world.
In her spare time, you’ll find Sarah either in the gym, on a horse, or on a hike. Or, maybe, her love of travel will draw her further afield.

Since gaining research experience through university and 3 years of volunteering for Support the Goals, Sarah is passionate about identifying trends in business ESG reporting and SDG support. She finds the most rewarding part is using this research to advise customers, and has worked with many businesses to identify trends in SDG support among their supply chains.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys volunteering with animals, horse riding, going to the gym, hiking, and travelling.
