I write ESG and sustainability reports. I write them for organisations who are doing lots of good ESG-related things and feel it’s time they shared some of them. And I write for organisations for whom reporting is a key part of their compliance work or stakeholder relations.
I’ve been a freelance writer for 15 years (and elsewhere for years before that). Financial, legal, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, energy, public sector: I’ve written for all of them. For TBL’s clients, that means I’ve lots of experience writing in their world.
One of the things I love most about what I do at TBL is the fact that the words have purpose. They document journeys of carbon reduction, of building equality and diversity, and of doing social good. It’s good to be a small part of that journey.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of my time singing sea shanties. Not on my own, because that would be weird.
