Meet Adam
I love helping people, building relationships and, more importantly, friendships. It’s a personal and professional target of mine to make sure our customers are well looked after and happy, and that the people supporting them are happy too. I look after our team of programme managers and the carbon and net-zero team, supporting them as they deliver a range of projects.
For our customers, I help them target the right sustainability strategies for them, and create progressive programme plans to support them on their journey. The goal is always to deliver successful, measurable outcomes on projects which lead to recognition within the client’s sector (and often, far beyond).
Before TBL I was a sustainability manager for a FTSE 250 business. It was there that I first encountered Support the Goals. [Founder] Colin reached out to me to write a case study on the work we were doing to support our local foodbank. That led to me joining TBL as an advisor in 2021 and I’ve been here ever since.
Outside of work, I play rugby, enjoying a Guiness or two after games, and I’m Dad to our beautiful boy, Bertie. You’ll often find me enjoying long walks on Bournemouth beach, listening to Taylor Swift.
